Testament to Mediocrity

This is the fifth incarnation of my web page. The first attempt was the sort of usual tripe one creates with a program liek Internet assistant. the second version was a bit neater, after I'd learned enough HTML to work in a text editor. Next came the version with tables, then the frames version, and most recently with Javascript features.

Frankly, it's been pretty frickin' wanky, so I've ditched it all in favor of a simple layout that is only a few steps removed from straight text. FYI, the ideal font for this is Verdana which can be gotten for free from the microsoft typography site, if you don't have it. Sure, it may be a gift from the evil empire, but it's legible, and that's important. You might even like some of the other fonts while you're at it.

While I naturally have links to friends pages hidden around here somewhere, I use my web page for pretty much self indulgence, and concentrate on Neat Stuff and Gaming. Neither of these are particularily productive, and neither really make me a better person, but I enjoy them, which is enough for me.
